Vital Breath: Yoga and Ritual for Respiratory Health

Join us for a unique monthly workshop that bridges anatomy-driven yoga with embodied healing practices, enhanced by handcrafted products from Juniper Sol. This collaborative offering blends Danielle’s expertise in alignment and anatomical precision with Kerry’s focus on mind-body-spirit connection through self-care and sensory rituals.

In January, we’ll focus on the respiratory system, exploring yoga poses and pranayama designed to enhance lung capacity, open the chest, and support healthy breathing patterns. Participants will also be given 2 products to be used during the practice, an herbal chest rub crafted to release tension in the intercostal muscles, and a curated tea blend to aid in respiratory wellness.

To complement the session, Kerry will guide an ancient Ayurvedic ritual with Nasya oil, used to lubricate and open the nasal passages for easeful breathing and clarity. This immersive workshop will leave you feeling balanced, deeply connected, and ready to breathe into the new year with vitality.
